Shipping and Delivery

Well-known logistics companies will send your order from our warehouse. Please anticipate delivery within the specified number of days from the time your order is received.

All orders within the country are handled within one business day, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Expect to receive the order within 3-5 business days.

Global orders—All global orders will be sent out within one business day, except for Sundays and Public Holidays. Your order will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days. Shipment is available in all regions other than the EU, New Zealand, Brazil, Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, Ukraine, Israel, and China.

Shipping charge are respective to the order. Custom charges and handling rates will be passed on to the logistics service provider at delivery time. Please refer to the following for terms and conditions relating to Custom and Handling charges -

The shipment would attract Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes at the destination country

Verify Tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes of the respective country from respective government portals.

Please check the cosmetics laws and regulations of your country's local government before placing an order.

These charges are to be borne by the customer. Punarjan Ayurveda Store, under any circumstances, is not liable to pay for them.

Shipping charges stated in the total order value do not include these charges.

In case the customer refuses to pay the customs charges for the shipment upon reaching the destination country, the brand will subtract the shipping and return duty fees from the customer's order value when issuing a refund.

In a standard mode, deliveries of your ORDERs will be done between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays. 

Goods will be signed for on delivery. If you cannot sign for your delivery, please make arrangements for an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, Punarjan Ayurveda Store cannot be liable for goods signed by an alternative person.

Return and Refund Policy

• Due to products being opened or broken, we cannot reuse them. Therefore, we do not accept returns or replacements if the products have already been sold or delivered to you or if they have been opened or used.
• If damaged or of bad quality, we can replace it if notified to us within the timeline as mentioned below:
• You should inform our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the tampered/damaged product, along with images and video proof, so that we can take appropriate action as soon as possible.
• Also, please get in touch with our customer care within seven days of receiving your order to discuss quality-related issues with the product.
• Punarjan Ayurveda Store is not responsible for damage caused by shipping past the delivery. Products damaged due to negligence, improper use, or application are outside the scope of our Exchange / Returns Policy.

• Exchange of products shall be entertained only in case the products are returned in a saleable condition and their original packaging in undamaged condition and subject to the following terms.
• Requests for return and exchange are subject to verification by Punarjan Ayurveda Store.

Once sold, a Refund will not be made.
